After reading a somewhat negative review I feel compelled to say.. I called these folks this morning because my truck broke down. I mentioned that I was disabled and they picked the vehicle up within 30 min. whatever the outcome, that is not something most would do. I think that speaks volumes about their professionalism.
The Archer Automotive crew is nothing less than outstanding! Reasonable price repairs and maintenance for any budget. You can feel comfortable leaving knowing the job was done and done right. A shout out to Joe for the great customer service! Thanks Guys
Paid almost $1000 for an oil leak. They replaced ICP sensor and head gaskets, but I still have oil raining down my oil pan. After crawling under the truck, I found the source of the leak. I called to let them know. Nothing. I emailed them. No response... to pull an oil pan on a 7.3 is no easy task, but now I'm out $955 and a truck.
